My hair is very important to me and guess what, it’s reeeeeeally long. So today I’m gonna give y’all some pro tips on how to grow your hair fast (and on how to make it look healthy and shiny). If you’re interested, keep on reading!
Make sure you drink enough water. You should drink about two liters a day (8 glasses). Why is water great for your hair? Because water helps your body to flush out toxins which means that your hair will become stronger (it’s also great for your skin!). Drinking water will also hydrate your hair from the inside out so it is less likely to break.
Make sure you eat all the vitamins your body needs! Eat enough fresh fruits and vegetables! Proteins and omega-3 are very important if you want to grow your hair fast.
3 Scissors are your friend
Don’t forget to trim your hair every once in a while! Why? Your hair grows from the roots so it may sound a bit weird that cutting the ends is important, but believe me, it is! If you don’t cut your hair it could result in breakage and unhealthy hair. Remember you don’t just want long hair, you want long and healthy hair!
4 ARGAIN OIL!!!
Argain oil (aka liquid gold) is great for your hair! I like to put pure argain oil in the ends of my hair (to prevent them from splitting). You can also use argain oil on your brows, lashes, skin and nails.
5 Shampoo & conditioner
Pro tip: don’t wash your hair everyday! Wash it about 2-3 times a week. And when you wash it, use the right shampoo and conditioner (you don’t have to use conditioner everytime you shower, but make sure you use it at least once a week). I like to use shampoo and conditioner that contain argain oil. In addition to conditioner you can also use a hair mask.
